Welcome to the official digital platforms of ISKCON Chandni Chowk, Delhi(including website, mobile application, and UPI donation links). By accessing, browsing, or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, app, or UPI payment services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please refrain from using our platforms.

2. Temple Services

ISKCON Chandni Chowk provides various services such as:

  • Online darshan content
  • Donation and seva bookings
  • Event registrations
  • Membership forms
  • Spiritual resources
  • UPI-based payments for donations, sevas, or offerings

The temple reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Donations & Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Modes

  • UPI Apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Wallet Payments
  • QR Code Scanning

All payment gateways used are secure and encrypted.

3.2 Donation Confirmation

Once a donation is successfully processed:

  • A confirmation message/receipt will be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or on-screen.
  • You are responsible for providing correct contact details.

3.3 No Refund Policy (Important)

All donations made to ISKCON Chandni Chowk are voluntary, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

This includes:

  • UPI payments
  • Online transfers
  • Seva payments
  • Monthly contributions
  • Special event offerings
  • General temple donations

Once a donation is received by the temple, it cannot be reversed under any circumstances, including:

  • Mistaken payment amount
  • Duplicate payment
  • Change of mind
  • Service or event cancellation
  • Technical errors caused by user negligence

In rare cases of technical issues on the payment gateway’s end, the temple may help raise a support ticket, but final decisions lie with the payment processor.

3.4 Donor Responsibility

Users must ensure:

  • Correct UPI ID
  • Correct payment amount
  • Correct beneficiary name
  • Stable internet connection during payment

ISKCON Chandni Chowk is not responsible for failures due to user error or incorrect information.

4. Content Usage

All images, videos, texts, audios, temple information, and live darshan content are the property of ISKCON Chandni Chowk unless otherwise credited.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Re-upload
  • Sell
  • Use for commercial purposes

without written permission.

5. Event Booking & Participation

  • The temple may modify timings or schedules as required.
  • Festival day entries may be restricted due to crowd management.
  • The temple is not responsible for personal belongings or travel incidents.

6. Limitation of Liability

ISKCON Chandni Chowk shall not be liable for:

  • Technical errors or downtime
  • Payment gateway delays
  • User-provided incorrect information
  • Unforeseen disruptions (festival rush, maintenance, natural disasters)

7. Changes to Terms

The temple reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of updated terms.
